1. Who operates the platform

Shaadi Source is a trading name of SHAADI SOURCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17312030. Registered office: 10, Pilgrim House, Bishop Street, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE1 6AF. In these terms, “Shaadi Source”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SHAADI SOURCE LTD.

2. What Shaadi Source provides

Shaadi Source is a curated South Asian wedding supplier directory and marketplace. We provide planning tools, supplier listings, enquiry tools, and tools for suppliers to apply for and claim listings and manage their profile through the Supplier Portal. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use Shaadi Source lawfully and not to misuse the platform - for example by submitting false, unlawful or infringing content, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the service, scraping data, or using it to send spam or harass others.

4. Supplier listing rules

• suppliers must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading information;
• suppliers must have the rights to any content and images they submit;
• Shaadi Source may review, edit, reject, suspend, remove or decline listings at its discretion for quality, accuracy, policy, legal or operational reasons.

5. Enquiries and bookings

Shaadi Source is not the wedding supplier. We provide a platform that helps couples and suppliers connect. Suppliers and couples are responsible for their own agreements, payments, deliverables and disputes. We do not guarantee that an enquiry will result in a booking, or that any supplier or couple will respond.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using Shaadi Source. In particular, we do not guarantee supplier subscription results, listing approval, directory visibility, search ranking, featured placement, enquiries, leads, bookings or revenue. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7. Intellectual property and user content

The Shaadi Source name, platform and its content (other than content submitted by users) belong to us or our licensors. When you submit content such as listing details or images, you keep your rights in it, but you grant Shaadi Source a licence to host, display and use it as needed to operate and promote the platform. You must not use our content or brand without permission.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or listing where we reasonably believe these terms or our policies have been breached, where required for legal, security or operational reasons, or where a listing no longer meets our standards. You may stop using Shaadi Source at any time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, Shaadi Source is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, products or services of suppliers or couples, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
